ExcellenceMail is a focused email marketing platform. We help small and medium businesses across Europe send newsletters and community emails with confidence — high deliverability, clean lists, and full GDPR compliance, without the complexity of enterprise tools.
Email is still the most direct, most durable channel a business has to its audience. But the tools have drifted in two directions: either bloated, US-hosted suites packed with features you never use; or cheap, IP-shared services that silently land your email in spam.
We wanted a third option — a tool simple enough for one person to operate, opinionated enough to enforce best practices automatically, and built on infrastructure that respects European data protection law from the ground up.
Every relationship with a subscriber begins with a clear, voluntary "yes." Double opt-in is the default for every list grown through our platform. We store the IP, timestamp, and source URL of every confirmation. Lists imported from outside our platform have to be confirmed as consented before sending — we don't just take your word for it on volume sends.
Our infrastructure runs in the European Union. Customer data lives on servers in Germany. Email delivery is routed through eu-west-1 in Ireland. We don't process personal data outside the EU. GDPR isn't a checkbox we tick — it's the architecture.
A sent email isn't a delivered one. A delivered one isn't an opened one. We expose the full picture — sent, delivered, bounced, complained, opened, clicked, unsubscribed — and we work with you to fix what isn't working. We pause sends that would damage your reputation. We tell you the truth about your list health, even when it stings.
A real human reads every support email. No tier-one bots, no ticket merry-go-round, no AI summaries of your problem. We answer fast because we know the platform — and because we're small enough to care.
The platform is built on AcelleMail (open-source PHP/Laravel) running on dedicated EU infrastructure (Hetzner, Falkenstein, Germany). Email is delivered via Amazon SES in the eu-west-1 region (Ireland). Authentication — SPF, DKIM, DMARC — is configured on every customer's sending domain during onboarding. Bounces and complaints are processed through SES feedback notifications and applied to suppression lists in real time.

The company is based in Austria. The product is operated entirely from within the European Union. Our standard business hours are 09:00–18:00 CET, but support tickets are monitored beyond those hours.
